He acts for a wide range of occupiers, developers, investors and banks on site acquisitions, disposals, day-to-day property management and real estate finance.

Experience

1. Advising Hurstwood Holdings, a North West based property company, in connection with the acquisition, financing and disposal of properties within its £400m commercial property, residential development and self-storage portfolio.
2. Advising Ekistics Property Advisors in connection with the acquisition of  the 76,500 sq ft, nine-storey grade A office building at 3 St Paul’s Place Sheffield from M&G Real Estate.
3. Advising on the £32.6m sale of Kingsgate Shopping Centre to Northleach.
4. Advising Centrica plc in connection with the exit from its Windsor HQ office and relocation to new office developments in Paddington, London and Reading.
5. Advising Fred Done Property Trading Group on the property aspects relating to the funding of the 41-storey apartment and hotel tower development St Michaels, Manchester City Centre.
6. Advising Betfred on the property aspects of the £265m acquisition of the Tote.
