Gabrielle has experience across administrations, receiverships, business and asset sales, security enforcement, director duties and insolvency litigation.

Gabrielle regularly works with administrators, receivers and turnaround professionals to deliver pragmatic solutions in financially distressed situations.

Experience

1. Acting as part of the team advising Alvarez & Marsal Europe LLP on the sale of the business and assets of Surface Transforms plc, helping to secure the future of the business and preserve employment opportunities.
2. Advising administrators on business and asset sales, including multi-jurisdictional transactions involving assets and entities located in both England and Ireland.
3. Advising directors and businesses facing financial distress, including negotiating settlements with creditors and helping companies to avoid formal insolvency processes.
4. Preparing and pursuing antecedent transaction applications in the Insolvency and Companies Court and other insolvency-related recovery actions brought by office-holders.
5. Undertaking detailed reviews of security structures, guarantees, debentures and related finance documentation, and advising office-holders and secured creditors on enforcement strategies and recoveries.
6. Assisting with receivership appointments and the sale of distressed assets, including property-related insolvency matters.
