Tahsin advises a major UK housebuilder on the purchase of residential properties which it acquires in part exchange for their new build plots. Tahsin advises on the risks that may occur in later reselling these properties and if there are any solutions that will remove those risks. Tahsin also assists with the resale of the properties in a timely manner.

Tahsin’s responsibilities include investigating title documents, search results and reporting to the client, dealing with enquiries and replies, advising the client on any contentious issues, keeping the client up-to-date on all cases and assisting in progressing cases.

Tahsin previously specialised in all aspects of new build and residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. Tahsin has also previously acted for a variety of banks and specialist lenders in relation to loans secured over residential and development properties.
