Katriona advises on a variety of non-contentious construction projects including in the student accommodation, retail, residential and industrial sectors. She acts for a wide range of stakeholders including developers, funders, housebuilders and purchasers/ tenants. Her work includes drafting and negotiating construction contracts and advising and supporting developers in relation to the construction requirements of third parties such as funders and purchasers. Katriona’s experience includes a number of procurement routes including design and build and construction management.

Experience

• Advising a developer in relation a number of student accommodation developments including refurbishment and new-build under a construction management procurement route. 
• Advising a developer on a series of out-of-town retail developments to be occupied by a major brand in the food and drink sector.
• Advising a developer on the redevelopment of a town centre premises into mixed use retail and residential. 
• Advising a developer on the development of an industrial park to be occupied by logistics and retail companies.
