Harvey advises clients in relation to a variety of commercial issues, including commercial contracts in the technology, retail, hospitality, mining and services sectors and also assists with data protection matters.
Experience:
- Advising different start-ups on their client facing documentation, including terms of engagement, terms and conditions of business and data protection documents.
- Advising an AIM listed mining client in relation to complex services agreements and offtake heads of terms with large European organisations.
- Drafting and giving ongoing advice in relation to a framework services agreement for a software implementation and management client.
- Advising a hospitality client in relation to their Wi-Fi services agreement with a well-known broadband provider.
- Assisted a charity client with the drafting of their prize draw terms and conditions.
