As an innovation supporting Gateley’s disputes teams, Lauren focuses on helping colleagues work smarter by integrating technology, improving processes and supporting the adoption of new solutions across the Group. 

Lauren’s role sits at the intersection of law, problem-solving and innovation, and includes:

  • Tech integration – identifying, testing and embedding tools that enhance efficiency and client service 
  • Process improvement – mapping workflows, spotting bottlenecks and designing betters ways of working
  • Change support – helping teams adopt new systems and approached with practical guidance and training
  • Collaboration – working with colleagues across the Gateley Group to deliver consistent, scalable innovation
  • Problem solving – working with teams to understand challenges and shape solutions that genuinely make their work easier
