Eliza is a legal director within our real estate group, she predominately acts for London-based and regional funds on acquisitions, disposals and asset management. She also acts on landlord and tenant matters, with a focus on the retail sector and corporate occupiers. 

Eliza has also provided support to other teams on the property elements of corporate transactions, and insolvency/ administration.

Experience

1. Acting on the asset management work and subsequent disposals for investment funds.
2. Acting for funds on the acquisition of assets.
3. Acting for retailers, including JD Sports, on freehold and leasehold acquisitions.
4. Acting for fund clients on financing and refinance of their property portfolios.
