Daniel acts for developers, institutional investors and property funds. He leads cross-disciplinary teams and works collaboratively with all parties in a transaction to achieve a successful outcome for his clients.

Experience
- Acting for key developer clients on some of the largest logistics schemes in the country, including the development and letting of a rail freight terminal and one of the biggest distribution facilities in the UK.
- Advising major investment clients in relation to various acquisitions, sales and lettings of properties with a variety of uses (such as retail, offices, residential and logistics).
- Acting for a UK urban regeneration developer in relation to a number of residential developments.
