Jo ensures that the banking lawyers are kept up to date with changes in law and market practice. She has experience in a wide variety of aspects of banking work including bilateral and syndicated facilities, security structures and intercreditor arrangements. She has worked for borrowers, institutional investors, private equity providers and social housing groups.

Jo reviews changes in law and practice and updates the firm's banking team on how these may impact transactions. She manages the firm's banking know-how and is responsible for developing and managing the firm's suite of in-house banking precedent documents, writing updates and articles for publication and coordinating finance training for clients.
 
Prior to working as a professional support lawyer, Jo gained extensive experience in coordinating and running acquisition and leveraged finance transactions and property and development finance transactions both within the UK and internationally. She is dual qualified in both England & Scotland and practices in England.
