  2. Acting for a motor dealership group on the acquisition and leasing of new sites, providing strategic real estate advice to facilitate the continued expansion of its business operations.
  3. Advising a leading automotive business on the acquisition of a flagship site for the development of what is understood to be one of the largest high-specification vehicle repair and servicing facilities in the Southwest of England.
  4. Successfully completing the lease of a public house within one week immediately before Christmas, enabling the tenant to commence fit-out works during the festive period and achieve opening targets in the New Year.
