Harry regularly advises occupier clients on leasing arrangements and has particular experience acting for fashion brands, pharmacies, car garages and motor dealerships, as well as businesses seeking office accommodation as part of their operational requirements.

Experience

1. Advising an international clothing retailer on its expansion across England, including the acquisition of multiple new retail premises and negotiation of occupational lease terms to support its growth strategy.
2. Acting for a motor dealership group on the acquisition and leasing of new sites, providing strategic real estate advice to facilitate the continued expansion of its business operations.
3. Advising a leading automotive business on the acquisition of a flagship site for the development of what is understood to be one of the largest high-specification vehicle repair and servicing facilities in the Southwest of England.
4. Successfully completing the lease of a public house within one week immediately before Christmas, enabling the tenant to commence fit-out works during the festive period and achieve opening targets in the New Year.
5. Advising a property developer on the acquisition and development of a strategic site, including title due diligence, negotiation of ancillary property documents and management of transaction risk.
6. Acting for a lender in connection with the property aspects of a secured financing transaction, undertaking title investigations, reporting on security and satisfying completion requirements within tight deadlines.
