We’ve further bolstered our Manchester corporate team with the appointment of Daniel Hall as partner.
Daniel joins Gateley from Eversheds Sutherland, bringing more than 30 years’ experience as a highly respected corporate lawyer. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies and has extensive expertise in capital markets transactions.
Widely recognised as one of the region’s leading corporate lawyers, Daniel has been voted the leading North West Corporate Lawyer on five occasions and has received accolades including Dealmaker of the Year and Dealmaker of the Decade.
Daniel is one of only four partners currently ranked in the Hall of Fame for Manchester corporate by Legal 500, a category that recognises lawyers at the very top of the profession involved in market-leading work. In addition to his legal practice, Daniel sits on the Regional Advisory Board of the London Stock Exchange.
The appointment reflects Gateley’s continued growth in Manchester and supports its ambitious plans across the North West.
