On 22 May 2026, the Joint Administrators and Gateley Legal completed the sale of substantially all of the company’s business and assets.
The deal secures the future of the business, with plans for further recruitment as manufacturing operations restart locally. This transaction marks an important step in the restructuring of a specialist industrials business, preserving key manufacturing capability and enabling future growth under new ownership.
The Gateley Legal team was led by Andrew Buchanan, Aneesh Prasad and Helen Jones, with support from Henry Wilson, Gabrielle Howell, Nigel Brown, Chris Kisby and Jonathan Burton-Baddeley working across the firm’s Manchester and Birmingham offices.
