Our Manchester Corporate team is celebrating success at the North West Rainmaker Awards 2026, with five nominations across four categories.
Gateley Legal has been nominated for National Legal Team of the Year, alongside multiple deal nominations including:
- Small Deal of the Year (up to £10m) - Advising Federal Café on a £3m investment by Foresight.
- Medium Deal of the Year (£10m-£50m) - Advising fulfilmentcrowd on its investment from Palatine Private Equity.
- Large Deal of the Year (£50m+) - Advising Suntera Global on its sale to Valeas Capital Partners.
- Large Deal of the Year (£50m+) - Advising Cooper Parry on its sale to Lee Equity Partners.
