Our Ability community group has selected YoungMinds as its charity partner for FY26/27.

YoungMinds is a leading UK charity championing the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people. Through its work, the charity provides vital advice, support and tools to help young people feel understood, supported and empowered to manage their mental health.

Over the coming year, our Ability community group will support that charity through a programme of fundraising, awareness, and engagement activities, helping to raise both funds and understanding around young people’s mental health.

Marijana Becirevic, HR Advisor and Co-Chair of the Ability Committee, said: “We’re delighted to be partnering with YoungMinds for the year ahead. Their work is incredibly important in ensuring that young people receive the support they need, when they need it. As a community group, we’re looking forward to raising awareness, supporting their work through fundraising, and encouraging open conversations about mental health across our business.”

We’re delighted to have been chosen as Ability’s charity partner. At YoungMinds, we know how important it is to feel supported and understood, and partnerships like this help us continue to raise awareness and provide vital support to young people facing mental health challenges. We’re really looking forward to working together to make a meaningful difference.
