How do you help clients?

I help clients to identify and implement the behavioural shifts that will be needed in the organisation and people to be successful as their business context changes.

At the organisational level this can be through (re)defining the values, skills and behaviours needed to successfully evolve the business.

At the individual level, I help leaders to better understand their strengths and development area and target development activities to enable them achieve their aspirations.

I undertake recruitment or promotion assessments for clients, providing clear analysis of strengths and development needs, clear hire/ no hire recommendations and onboarding/ development suggestions.

I also provide individual and team-based coaching, and facilitate leadership and management development programmes, as part of wider client engagements.

  1. Delivering recruitment assessments for executive leaders (top 200) for an FMCG, to inform hire/ no hire decisions on internal and external candidates.
  2. Assessing mid-level talent as part of a development programme for an aerospace and defence company, enabling them to identify and develop high potential individuals to support organisational growth.
  3. Developing a bespoke 360 degree feedback tool for a financial services organisation to develop top 500 leaders and drive business transformation.
  4. Delivering 1:1 coaching for a technology leader to enable them to secure a promotion to Divisional Chief Technology Officer (Executive level -1) and succeed in their new role.
  5. Designing and facilitating a virtual session on cognitive diversity for a global bank, to build inclusive leadership.
