To celebrate National Apprenticeship Week, two of our apprentices visited Arena Academy in Birmingham and hosted two sessions for Year 10 and 11 students, which provided insights into careers in law and marketing through the apprenticeship route.
Our apprentices shared their personal journeys, and details of their paths before starting their apprenticeships, while offering a glimpse into a typical day in their roles. They also provided valuable advice on what students can do now to prepare for their future careers and important factors to consider when choosing a career path.
Paralegal apprentice, Harkiran Ubhi, and former pupil at Arena Academy, said: “It’s wonderful to come back to the school where I once studied and now share my experiences. Not so long ago, I would have been sitting with the other students behind the desks, but today I stood in front to hopefully inspire them to pursue their dreams, whether that is in law or something else.”
