Advising Salboy on a joint venture with Gary Neville’s development company Relentless

We have advised Salboy, the nationwide property developer, on its joint venture with development company Relentless.

The joint venture will develop a 40-storey residential and hotel skyscraper, and will comprise a five star, luxury 161 bed hotel and 181 serviced residences, and is seen to be Manchester’s most high profile development project.
