We have announced four promotions across our property platform in our Nottingham office, including the appointment of Lauren Jeffrey as residential development partner.
Jeffrey acts for housebuilders and developers dealing with residential development schemes and also has experience acting for landowners. She advises clients on land acquisitions, disposals, and strategic land options, as well as promotion agreements and disposals of affordable housing plots.
There are also promotions for three real estate lawyers as Nathan Allaway becomes legal director, whilst Daniella Sirovica and Kim Grundstrom are both promoted to associate.
Meanwhile, we have also confirmed that partner Adam Youatt has been appointed as our new office head in Nottingham. Youatt will oversee a 130-strong office which offers wide-ranging expertise across Gateley’s key platforms: property, employment, corporate and business services; as well as being home to many of the Group’s complementary consultancy businesses, including Gateley IP, its fully integrated intellectual property service.
In addition, he will continue to act as the head of real estate in the region and continue to play a pivotal role in Gateley’s nationally recognised real estate practice, working with investment funds, occupiers, and both public and private sector organisations.
