Gateley’s Property Platform shortlisted for prestigious industry award

Our Property Platform is celebrating success after being shortlisted within the ‘Legal/Professional Team of the Year - Residential’ category at Property Week’s RESI Awards 2024.

Organised by Property Week, one of the leading trade media titles in the commercial and residential property market, the RESI Awards brings together the UK residential sector to recognise and reflect on the outstanding achievements and contributions of individuals, teams and companies over the past year.

Our Property Platform has developed into a one-stop shop which combines the expertise of legal professionals specialising in construction, planning, real estate, real estate dispute resolution and residential development matters with the tax specialists, surveyors, architects and engineers within its consultancy businesses: Gateley Capitus, Gateley Hamer, Gateley RJA, Gateley Smithers Purslow and Gateley Vinden, to produce full-service solutions for housebuilder and developer clients.

Callum Nuttall, partner and Property Platform head, comments: “We are pleased to have been shortlisted for this key industry award which reflects the dedication and unrivalled offering our national Property Platform provides for the residential property sector.

“This unique and resilient business model allows our Property Platform to deliver supplementary services to housebuilder, developer and property clients to support the full property lifecycle from acquisition through to disposal. Our success is down to the collaborative approach and forward-thinking of our brilliant teams who have contributed to some of the biggest property and regeneration schemes across the country this year. We look forward to finding out the result and celebrating this success with the rest of the industry for what is set to be a great evening.”

The winners of all 27 categories will be revealed at the black-tie event taking place on 1 May 2024 at Grosvenor House in London.
