Double shortlist for Gateley Legal at Yorkshire Dealmakers Awards 2026

Our corporate team has been shortlisted in two categories at the Yorkshire Dealmakers Awards 2026.

Gateley Legal has been nominated for:

• Deal of the Year (up to £5m): Advising Spoon Cereals on the £1.5m investment by Finance Yorkshire - led by our Leeds corporate team
• Deal of the Year (£25m+): Advising Palatine Private Equity on its exit from My Pension Expert to Valeas Capital Partners - led by our Manchester corporate team

The Yorkshire Dealmakers Awards, hosted by Insider, recognise the transactions and teams behind some of Yorkshire's most significant corporate activity. Winners will be announced at a black-tie ceremony at New Dock Hall in Leeds on Thursday 26 November 2026.
