We are proud to announce that we recently made a trio of promotions in our Reading office.
Two of the promotions are within our Gateley Legal corporate team, where Gweni Rees-Evans is promoted to senior associate, whilst restructuring lawyer Katie Rice is promoted to associate. Rees-Evans advises on a broad range of corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, investments and fundraisings, whilst Rice advises companies and banks on matters relating to financial stress and distress.
Completing the triumvirate is Kasson Ho, who is promoted to senior building surveyor at Gateley Smithers Purslow, our multi-disciplinary chartered surveying practice.
Based in the heart of the Thames Valley region, Gateley employs more than 40 legal professionals in our Reading office, led by corporate partner Andrew Peddie, who said: “Congratulations to Gweni, Katie and Kassan on their richly-deserved promotions.
