We have announced nine promotions at our London office, headlined by banking lawyer Niall Mahon being made up to partner.
Mahon acts on a range of banking and finance matters including leveraged and acquisition finance for clients including UK banks, debt funds, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers.
We have also made further senior promotions, with corporate lawyer Ryan Brown and complex and international dispute resolution and advocacy Annabel Chapman both made legal director.
As the Group continues to expand its specialist residential development team in London and the South, there were also promotions for Celine Boys and Jennifer Edwards to senior associate and Stephen Redmond to associate.
Elsewhere, we have also made a trio of promotions across our integrated consultancy businesses including the appointment of Daniel Snow as associate director at Gateley Capitus, the Group’s tax incentive practice, and Ross Hazelwood as associate at Gateley Hamer, our specialist property consultancy. Rachel Bright is promoted to associate within both the complex and international dispute resolution and advocacy team and Austen Hays, Gateley’s class actions practice, having advised on a wide range of complex and high value disputes.
