Gateley Legal has won a coveted spot on McCarthy & Stone’s legal panel after a review of the company’s advisers.
The appointment will see the legal practice handle the national developer’s legal work in land acquisition and plot sales across four of its seven operating regions. In 2017/18, the company sold 2,134 units.
McCarthy & Stone is the UK’s leading developer and manager of retirement communities. It has built and sold more than 56,000 homes across more than 1,200 retirement developments since 1977.
