As part of the annual promotions round, David Hutber, who specialises in land acquisition for housebuilders of all sizes, has been promoted to legal director.
In addition, Jennifer Butterfill has been promoted to principal land consultant at Gateley Hamer, the Group’s specialist property consultancy. Jennifer leads Gateley Hamer’s land referencing and property research team and provides tailored and comprehensive service to government agencies, local authorities and private organisations through the statutory processes needed for projects across the UK.
