We have advised private equity investor LDC, part of Lloyds Banking Group, on its investment in Brady Solicitors, a leading specialist property management law firm.
Founded in 2008, Brady Solicitors has established itself as a trusted legal adviser to the property management sector, providing specialist services to managing agents, resident management companies, leaseholders and freeholders across the UK.
Headquartered in Nottingham with an office in London, the firm has grown to a team of more than 50 people and is recognised for its specialist sector expertise, client-focused approach and technology-enabled platform.
The investment marks a significant milestone in Brady Solicitors' growth journey and comes at a time of increasing demand for specialist legal advice as the residential property sector navigates an increasingly complex regulatory landscape. With LDC's backing, the firm will continue investing in its people, services and technology-enabled platform, while pursuing targeted acquisitions to support its growth ambitions and broaden its reach across the UK.
The Gateley Legal team was led by corporate partners Matt Hussey and Beth Mather, supported by solicitor Jess Snape, senior tax associate Tammi Broad, banking partner Chris Jones, solicitor James Allen and employment legal director Helen Webster.
Matt Hussey said: "Brady Solicitors has built a market-leading position within the property management sector through its specialist expertise, strong client relationships and clear strategic vision. This investment will provide an excellent platform for the business to continue its growth trajectory, and we were delighted to support LDC on the transaction."
The transaction is subject to regulatory approval by the SRA.
