Our Manchester corporate team has been shortlisted in three categories at the Insider North West Dealmakers Awards 2026.
The team has been recognised in the following categories:
- Corporate Law Firm of the Year
- International Deal of the Year for advising Intrepid on its take-private of Inspired PLC
- Deal of the Year (sub £10m) for advising on Foresight's investment in Federal Café
The shortlist reflects a strong year for the Manchester corporate team, which has continued to advise on a range of significant transactions across the North West and beyond. Working with business owners, management teams and investors, the team has supported clients through acquisitions, investments, disposals and cross-border matters across a variety of sectors.
