Experience
- Acting for the Church Commissioners for England in the sale of mixed-use development in Sunderland. The development is for 450 new build houses and has an estimate gross development value of £94m.
- Acting for Avant Homes in the purchase of a serviced site in North Kesteven which forms part of a large residential development site with planning permission for 1,100 new build houses as well as 150 care and retirement units, with an estimated gross development value of £36.
- Acting for McCarthy Stone in the acquisition of the West Bridgford Police Station for the development of approximately 68 new build retirement living apartments with an estimated gross development value of £25m.
