In October, we welcomed our largest apprenticeship cohort to date, bringing together new and returning apprentices for our first dedicated apprentice induction in Birmingham.
The induction focused on connection, collaboration and confidence, giving apprentices from across the business the opportunity to meet one another, learn from their peers and build a sense of belonging from day one. The day helped apprentices understand not just their roles, but how they are part of a wider, supportive network.
