Who is the service for?
Gateley Privacy+ is designed for organisations that collect, store or use personal data but do not need, or cannot justify the cost, of a full-time dedicated Data Protection Compliance Manager or a Data Protection Officer. It can also complement an existing legal, compliance, HR, marketing or technology team that needs reliable specialist support.

- Annual review: A review after each anniversary of the service, considering changes to your activities, relevant law and guidance, and any further compliance steps.
- G/SAR support: Preferential access to our technology-assisted DSAR service. Where a query can be answered within the helpline allowance, ad hoc DSAR questions can be raised through the helpline.
- Template documents: Access to standard documents such as records of processing activities, legitimate interests assessments and data protection impact assessments, with new or materially updated templates shared on release.
- Training: Annual employee training delivered by a member of our specialist data protection team, with the format depending on your selected package.
