Two nominations for Midlands Young Professionals Awards

Two team members from across the Group are celebrating after making the shortlist at this year’s Midlands Young Professionals Awards.

Janai Parker, an associate within our Birmingham corporate team, has been nominated for Young Lawyer of the year, and Hardeep Kooner, director of commercial at Gateley RJA, has been nominated for Young Property Professional of the year. 

Tom Rush, partner, and head of the Birmingham corporate team said: “It is fantastic news that Janai has been shortlisted for this award. She goes above and beyond in her role, and I’m pleased to see her hard work recognised. Janai also sits on the Birmingham Black Lawyers committee and I’m proud of the work she does to champion diversity in the legal profession.”

Richard Julian, managing director of Gateley RJA said: “I am so pleased that Hardeep has been nominated for the award. His work in the property sector has not gone unnoticed, and all of us at Gateley RJA wish him the best of luck.”

All the winners will be announced at a gala dinner on 7 December 2023 at the Macdonald Burlington Hotel, Birmingham.
