At our Autumn Employment Law Update we will be covering all of the latest employment law developments in legislation and case law.
Join us for our series of interactive, in-person workshops providing strategic insights on the Employment Rights Act 2025 and other major developments in UK employment law. Our Birmingham event will be held on Tuesday 15 September.
We will cover:
- The Employment Rights Act 2025 and the implications for employers
- The government’s implementation timetable, including key consultations
- Potential challenges for employers and practical steps to prepare for them
In addition, we will do a complete round up of recent important case law rulings and look ahead to 2027/28.
