Conversion of townhouse in Newland, Lincoln

We advised TS Tip Limited on the conversion of a large Grade II listed townhouse.

The works comprised 23 studio apartments at 64 Newland, Lincoln. The project involved the conversion of a large Grade II listed townhouse formerly used as offices into a series of high-quality, en-suite studios for student accommodation. In addition, a further 12 new build studios and associated external works were constructed within the grounds.
