She began her career at a national property consultancy within the residential development team, advising clients on viability and delivery strategies including tenure mix while also considering planning constraints. She now applies this development-focused experience to compensation matters arising from major infrastructure projects.
Since joining Gateley Hamer, Quiana has been based in the utilities team, advising on compensation claims and negotiations connected with utilities constraining development sites, supported by her accreditation as an expert witness.
