Brad is a driven and ambitious chartered building surveyor with experience in undertaking a range of building surveying disciplines, acquired at a number of international high net worth real estate practices.
Brad has over 9 years of commercial property experience and an extensive knowledge in all aspects of building surveying including dilapidations, technical due diligence surveys, contract administration and project management of CAT A and B refurbishments ranging from £50,000 to £3m.

- Project management of complex commercial refurbishments from inception to completion ranging in value from £50,000 to £3m.
- Saving a client over £1.5m in dilapidations repairing liability upon exiting a Grade II* listed building.
- Undertaking comprehensive inspections of prison buildings nationwide, providing strategic reports and advice to local and national government departments.
- Advising clients from private individuals to pension funds, directly and independently providing advice on design, construction, repair and refurbishment of all types of buildings.
- Advising landlords and tenants throughout the dilapidations process to help clients successfully terminate leases without incurring penalties.
