2. Providing CDM principal designer duties on residential and commercial projects.
3. Producing Schedules of Work for a variety of residential and commercial projects.
4. Completing competitive tender exercises and undertaking in depth tender analyses.
5. Providing dilapidations advice to landlords and tenants.
