Jonathan works in our utilities team and is based in our London office. He is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and has over 20 years’ experience in the top quartile residential, development land, landed estates and new homes markets. He now applies that knowledge to higher value development land compensation in connection with major infrastructure. Working alongside the wider team, he assists landowners and developers with utility diversions and, where appropriate, injurious affection claims against electricity companies and distribution network operators nationwide.
