As a building surveyor with nearly 50 years’ experience in all fields of building surveying Stephen has advised many institutional and private clients on construction and professional negligence disputes, fire safety, development and planning issues, boundary and rights of way disputes, surveys and valuation of commercial and residential property.

1. Advising trustees of development land through promotion agreement and Judicial Review and eventual Supreme Court proceedings to successful onward sale to developer.
2. Advising major developers in respect of fire precaution and remedial works.
3. Preparation of many Civil Procedure Rules compliant expert reports in my fields of practice.
4. Representing a landowner in respect of disputed valuation of development land under Promotion Agreements.
5. Survey and reporting on defects in major development of commercial and residential developments for major developers.
