Having previously worked at multi-disciplinary consultancy Faithful+Gould and property management consultancy MAPP, Hannah has built up a broad range of experience in her career to date, and she continues to build on this within Gateley Vinden’s Building Consultancy team.
She has worked with both private and public sector clients, providing a full range of building surveying services such as contract administration, condition surveys, planned maintenance programmes, dilapidations and defect diagnosis.
Experience
- Assist in advising clients on issues and mitigating risks during the pre-acquisition process of a new premises.
- Providing due diligence advice on the acquisition of a 35-storey apartment block in Manchester.
- Providing contract administration services to a retail client following storm damage to a shopping centre roof.
- Providing advice to tenants on potential dilapidations liabilities.
