Ben Gayle

Expertise

Ben is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor and works on a variety of residential and commercial projects, the majority of which relates to project work on insurance claims as well as defect reporting. Ben is able to advise on party wall matters and is a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. Ben also acts as an expert witness and has achieved an Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence (APAEWE). Ben can also undertake works relating to dilapidation schedules and advising on landlord and tenant matters.

Experience

1. Project managing a variety of residential and commercial projects to ensure they are completed on time and remain within budget.
2. Providing reasoned advice to our clients on building defects.
3. Working directly with homeowners and loss adjusters following an insured peril and ensuring their property is returned to a pre-loss condition.
4. Advising on party wall matters to help clients make reasoned decisions with their projects.
5. Preparing detailed schedules of work advising on strip out and reinstatement works following an insurance peril.
