Chloe is a highly motivated chartered quantity surveyor who has previous experience in the cost management of commercial, mechanical and electrical installations and undertaking the roles of employer’s agent and of consultant quantity surveyor for residential and commercial schemes.

How do you help clients? 

I listen to and comprehend clients’ requirements and prioritise and advise them on the correct processes to achieve them. I understand contracts and construction processes and can identify and mitigate risk. By identifying opportunities for cost savings, I ensure clients are achieving the maximum value for their money. I can be relied upon for tight deadlines and am committed to excellent delivery.

Experience

  1. Acting as the mechanical and electrical quantity surveyor on the Leicestershire County Council framework for the refurbishment of several primary schools across Leicestershire, procured via the NEC form of contract.
  2. Acting as quantity surveyor for the mechanical and electrical installations on the construction of a new build HMRC office in Fletton Quays, Peterborough, procured via the JCT Design and Build contract.
  3. Acting as quantity surveyor for the mechanical and electrical installations on the construction of the Warner Bros Studio Tour in London, procured via the JCT Design and Build contract.
  4. Acting as employer’s agent on several residential schemes of 60+ plots across Cambridge.
  5. Acting as quantity surveyor/ employer’s agent for the construction of 15 no new build flats in Bestwood, Nottingham and 20 no in Basford, Nottingham.
  6. Acting as quantity surveyor/ employer’s agent for a residential scheme of 61 plots in Grimsby, procured via the JCT Design and Build contract.
  7. Acting as quantity surveyor/ employer’s agent for the extension and refurbishment of 2 no medical centres, procured via the JCT Design and Build contract.
  8. Successfully provided multiple reinstatement cost assessment reports, schedule of work reports and cost validation reports for insurance purposes to several clients.
