1. Production of bespoke land ownership and plot identification plans to support land referencing and property research for major infrastructure and redevelopment projects.
2. Support Compulsory Purchase Order schemes by preparing accurate general vesting declaration, request for information, and site notice location plans; managing spatial datasets and presenting complex land interests clearly for consultation and legal processes.
3. Provision of GIS support for Development Consent Order projects, including spatial analysis, data management and the production of plans for land acquisition and consenting requirements.
4. Assist legal teams with clear, accurate, HMLR compliant lease, transfer and development constraints plans, for complex land, boundary and property matters.
5. Creation of mapping and geospatial outputs for utilities teams to identify assets, constraints and affected interests, helping inform project planning and decision-making.
6. Preparation of CAD, web mapping and presentation-ready outputs tailored to client requirements, enabling project teams and stakeholders to understand complex spatial information.
