Veronique supports the delivery of GIS and CAD services across compulsory purchase, infrastructure, residential development and legal mapping projects. Her work includes georeferencing HMLR title plans, verifying ownership boundaries, preparing and checking spatial datasets, carrying out spatial analysis and topology checks, and producing clear, accurate plans for project delivery. Veronique works closely with land referencing, legal and wider project teams to ensure mapping outputs are technically robust, easy to interpret and aligned with statutory and client requirements.
Experience
- Supporting compulsory purchase and infrastructure projects through the preparation of statutory plans, site notice location plans, plot plans and supporting mapping outputs.
- Preparation of General Vesting Declaration, Notice to Treat, Notice of Entry and Temporary Possession plans to support land acquisition and possession processes.
- Production of HMLR-compliant plans for land transfers, easements, title overlays and development-related legal matters.
- Preparation of development constraints plans by reviewing, interpreting and overlaying title information, adopted highways, public rights of way, utilities, easements, wayleaves, TPO information, historic deeds and site boundaries.
- Supporting residential development matters by producing clear plans that help identify land ownership, boundary, access and constraint issues.
- Using GIS to check, edit and analyse spatial datasets, including plot boundaries, ownership extents and project land requirements.
- Production of CAD and GIS plan outputs for legal, property and infrastructure teams, ensuring plans are accurate, clearly presented and suitable for client use.
- Supporting project teams by preparing plot reports, checking mapping accuracy and helping ensure spatial outputs align with land referencing and legal requirements.
