We are pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Neaves as regional manager to head up our East Anglia operation.
Tim, a chartered building surveyor, joins the practice with more than 25 years of experience in the built environment. He has spent the last 17 years at Bidwells, managing a wide range of building surveying instructions including dilapidations, refurbishment and fit out work predominantly in the industrial and office sector, along with pre-acquisition surveys for listed properties. Tim also specialises in building pathology and advising clients on building defect solutions.
In his new role at Gateley Smithers Purslow, Tim will lead on property insurance projects and work closely alongside technical director, Alex Wright, to bolster our non-insurance offering across East Anglia.
On his appointment, Tim commented: “I am pleased to be joining Gateley Smithers Purslow to head up its East Anglia region. I have worked within the area throughout my career and wanted to continue this focus, so this opportunity was a perfect fit. In line with the consultancy’s strategic growth plans, I am looking forward to building a team and supporting the development of junior talent within the region with graduate appointments.”
