We have been awarded a position on ESPO’s Estates Management Professional Services Framework (2700_26).

Providing a structured and compliant route to market for public sector organisations seeking specialist consultancy services, the national framework supports a broad range of bodies, including central and local government, education providers, healthcare organisations, emergency services and housing associations.

Our consultancy has been appointed to Lot 6: Compulsory Purchase and Compensation, which will see our team advising on all aspects of compensation claims associated with compulsory purchase projects across a range of public sector organisations.

With an estimated total value of £60m, the framework will initially run for two years, with the potential for the agreement to be extended until 2030.

Jonathan O’Shea, director at Gateley Hamer, said: “I am beyond thrilled we have been awarded a place on this ESPO framework. Our consultancy held a place on the previous iteration, so securing our position again following an extremely competitive tender process is testament to the hard work of our team and the strong, established relationships we have built across the public sector. We look forward to continuing to develop our offering and strengthening those relationships through the framework as a continued supplier to ESPO.”
