We have successfully secured a place on JV North’s £20m construction consultants framework.
JV North is a consortium comprising 14 social housing associations and local authorities. To date, members have built over 10,000 homes for more than 30,000 residents and invested over £1bn in the North West. Its 2025-29 contractors’ and consultants’ framework has a total value of c.£500m and will deliver in the region of 3,000 properties.
Over the next four years, our team will provide employer’s agent services predominantly on new build affordable housing projects for JV North members, producing sustainable and energy-efficient homes that are low maintenance with minimised running costs.

“So we are really pleased with the quality and quantity of tenders received in what is our fourth framework and would like to thank everyone who applied. Competition was fierce with lots heavily oversubscribed.
“JV North is built on the strong foundation of partnership working returning better outcomes and this is certainly the case with our framework where contractors and consultants will help us build 3,000 homes at pace to meet the growing demand for housing across the North West.”
