Over the past year, our people came together to support charities that reflect both their personal priorities and the needs of the communities we work alongside.

Through a wide range of activities including bake sales, raffles and collections, to running and walking challenges, abseils and team events, colleagues raised a total of £100,000 for our charity partners. Alongside fundraising, many also volunteered their time, providing practical support to help strengthen these organisations and their impact on the ground.

Our charity partners are selected locally through a colleague vote, ensuring we support causes that matter most to us and the communities we are part of. Whether we are supporting children and families, addressing homelessness, funding medical research, or promoting mental wellbeing and inclusion, this approach keeps our efforts closely connected to real needs.

By working this way, our impact goes beyond fundraising alone. We help shape where support is directed, build lasting relationships with local organisations, and combine funding with hands-on involvement. This creates practical support for a wide range of causes, strengthens community connections, and brings a shared sense of purpose across our teams.

Throughout the year, our offices supported a range of long-standing and community-focused charities, including:

  • Aspire NI and East Belfast Mission (Belfast)
  • The Birmingham Children’s Hospital (Birmingham)
  • Shooting Star Children’s Hospice (Guildford)
  • The Brain Tumour Charity (Leeds)
  • Centrepoint (London)
  • Cancer Research UK (Manchester)
  • Go Beyond (Nottingham)
  • Royal Berkshire Hospital Charity (Reading)
  • Andy’s Man Club (Market Harborough)

Responsible Business is central to how we work. By creating space for our people to support causes they care about, we help build stronger community connections, support organisations doing vital work, and enable colleagues to see the real-world impact of their involvement beyond their day-to-day roles.
