Belinda has extensive experience in a wide range of transactions including conditional contracts, option agreements. sales, planning and clawback overage, collaboration agreements, freehold reversion sales, affordable housing agreements and serviced land sale agreements.
She also has experience in dealing with complex titles issues and preparing documentation for site set up and for site assembly.
