We are elated to have been awarded the title of ‘Property Law Firm of the Year’ at Insider’s West Midlands Property Awards 2025.
Marking its 25th anniversary, the awards evening celebrated the region’s property sector, shining a light on the outstanding achievements of the people, businesses and organisations which have designed, developed, funded, built and managed the built environment across the West Midlands.
On announcing the winner, judges said: “The Birmingham-based firm has worked on major property deals totalling £2.78bn in the past year, including Miller Homes’ acquisition of St. Modwen Homes. Judges noted its impressive and long list of clients and commitment to developing young talent.”
