Gateley Middle East has announced its move to the Burj Daman Tower in the heart of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
The new offices, located opposite the DIFC Gate Village, will be home to Gateley Middle East’s corporate, employment, real estate, construction, commercial dispute resolution and shipping & aviation teams, and underscores Gateley’s long-term commitment to expanding its integrated legal and business services offering in the UAE and wider MENA region.
The 4,000 sq ft Grade A office space provides an enhanced and modern working environment, including state-of-the-art meeting rooms, breakout spaces, a collaboration hub and smart technologies. The new office location also has Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification, supporting Gateley’s strategy to reduce its environmental footprint and enhance its responsible business practices.
Earlier this year, Gateley significantly bolstered its Middle East-based legal services offering with the appointment of a six-strong corporate team from a major international firm led by new Dubai managing partner and head of corporate, Darren Harris.
