Our specialist residential development team, and its dedicated service offering to the sector, has been recognised by Property Week after being announced as a finalist within the ‘Professional Services Team of the Year’ category at the RESI Awards 2025.
Organised by Property Week, the RESI Awards is a key calendar event for the residential development sector which champions the outstanding contributions of individuals, teams and companies over the past year.
Our specialist residential and mixed tenure development team is the largest in the country, offering core legal services alongside the complementary technical expertise of our property platform consultancies within the wider Group. As a result, the team provides an unrivalled full-service offering for housebuilders and developers ranging from acquisition and planning through to site set up and sales, as well as support with utility diversions and new connections, surveying matters, project management and capital allowances.
